### 3b. Student management, team and documents

- "Grant access" gives a course, plan, programme or membership for free, optionally with an end date; access closes by itself and the student is warned 7, 3 and 1 days ahead so they can subscribe.

A: All of them. The discipline system is fully configurable — you define your own belt colors,
   rank names, and promotion requirements. BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, and 100+ others
   are pre-configured as templates, but any discipline can be added.

Q: Is the 30-day trial really free with no credit card?

Q: What happens to my academy's data if I cancel?
A: Your data remains in Kombatly. Management features are paused on a free/cancelled plan.
   You can export student lists at any time.

Q: Can a student also be an academy owner?
A: Yes. From your Profile, tap "Become an Academy." Both roles share the same account.

Q: Is identity verification (KYC) mandatory for students?
A: No. Each academy independently enables or disables KYC in their Settings panel.

   commission on top of your price. You receive the funds directly — Kombatly never

Q: Does Kombatly have a mobile app?
A: Yes. Kombatly is available on Google Play for Android. On iPhone it installs from the browser
   (Safari > Share > Add to Home Screen) as a Progressive Web App, with push notifications and
   offline access to what was already opened.

Q: Is there a white-label / Marca Blanca option?
A: Not yet. It is planned for a future release; today every academy uses Kombatly's own branding
   with its logo and colours on its public page.

Q: How does Google Calendar sync work?
A: In Academy Settings > Integrations, connect your Google account. Each class you create
   can automatically push an event to your Google Calendar. Students can also link their
   Google Calendar to see their booked classes.

Q: Does Kombatly issue invoices?
A: Only with the optional VeriFactu invoicing add-on (Spain). Kombatly issues no purchase receipts:
   payments are viewed in Stripe. Without the add-on, each academy issues any invoice its students
   need with its own invoicing tool or accountant.

Q: How do certificates work?
A: When a student completes a course or earns a belt promotion, Kombatly auto-generates
   a PDF certificate with a unique QR code. The QR links to a public verification page at
